Welcome to The ITIL Practitioner

ITIL, the IT Infrastructure Library, offers three levels of certification. These are Foundation, Practitioner and Manager. This portal is dedicated to the second of the: the ITIL Practitioner examination and certification scheme.

Over the coming months we will be adding content regularly, to embrace the many changes due to be implemented with respect to both ITIL itself, and the Practitioner level in particular. In addition to providing accurate information and background, we will also offer a range of carefully selected products, geared specifically for the practitioner.
